- Steve sold my condo approximately six years ago. He got me over 75,000 over asking. He made sure the house showed very well. He even did some planting of flowers in the front yard. I know he worked very well during the open houses making sure everyone’s questions were answered. He did a great job during the negotiations. On the purchase of my new home in 2021 and he was able to get the house for $100,000 under asking which is unheard of !!!
